When you contact Codingo, book a call, or work with us, we collect the information you choose to share with us, such as your name, email address, company details, phone number, project notes, budget range, and communication preferences.

We may also receive basic technical information from your browser, including device type, IP address, pages visited, referral source, and approximate location. This helps us keep the site reliable and understand which services people are interested in.

How we use information

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, evaluate project fit, prepare proposals, deliver services, provide support, improve our website, protect our systems, and meet legal or accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We only use it for business purposes connected to Codingo services, products, support, operations, and lawful compliance.

Sharing and processors

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as hosting, analytics, email, CRM, scheduling, payment, accounting, and project management tools.

These providers are allowed to process information only as needed to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer.

Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the website: a session cookie, a security token for forms, your language and display preferences, your cookie choice, and Cloudflare Turnstile spam protection. These do not need your consent.

Analytics and marketing cookies (Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, Google tags run in consent mode without storing cookies on your device. Your choice is remembered for 12 months.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with the "Cookie settings" link in the website footer. Withdrawing consent removes the analytics and marketing cookies we set. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including active client work, support, audit, legal, tax, and legitimate business record needs.

If information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it where practical.

International work

Codingo works with clients and providers globally. Your information may be processed in Montenegro or other countries where our team or service providers operate.

When we transfer information internationally, we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the services involved.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
