Clear terms for working with Codingo.
These terms explain the basic rules for using codingo.me and working with Codingo d.o.o. on digital products, websites, software, consulting, and support.
Using our website
You may use codingo.me to learn about Codingo, contact us, request a proposal, or access information about our services. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, copy it for unlawful purposes, or interfere with its security.
The content on this website is provided for general business information only. It does not create a client relationship, project commitment, warranty, or professional advice unless we separately agree to that in writing.
Service engagements
Project work, consulting, development, maintenance, or support services are governed by the written proposal, statement of work, order, or agreement accepted by Codingo and the client.
If a project document conflicts with these terms, the project document controls for that specific engagement. Any scope, timeline, deliverable, fee, or acceptance process must be confirmed in writing.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, necessary access, assets, approvals, legal notices, and any third-party licenses needed for the work.
Delays in feedback, access, approvals, content, or payment may affect delivery dates, availability, cost, and project outcomes.
Fees and payment
Fees, billing milestones, due dates, expenses, and taxes are defined in the relevant proposal, invoice, or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, amounts are due in the currency shown on the invoice.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in paused work, withheld deliverables, suspension of support, or additional collection costs where permitted by law.
Intellectual property
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, clients receive rights to final, paid-for deliverables after all related invoices are paid in full.
Codingo retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, templates, processes, know-how, reusable code, and general concepts developed independently of a client project. We may use those materials in future work as long as we do not disclose confidential client information.
Third-party services
Our work may involve third-party platforms, plugins, APIs, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, or software libraries. Those services are controlled by their own providers and terms.
Clients are responsible for approving third-party tools and maintaining any required accounts, subscriptions, licenses, and compliance obligations unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Confidentiality
Each party may receive non-public business, technical, financial, product, customer, or operational information from the other. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and only use it for the relevant business purpose.
Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is public, already known without restriction, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
Warranties and liability
We aim to provide careful, commercially reasonable work, but the website and any general information on it are provided as-is and may change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Codingo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid to Codingo for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version applies when posted on this page, unless a signed agreement with you says otherwise.
