We'll find the day a week your team loses to admin. Or you get every cent back.
One 60-minute call. Five working days later you have a costed map of where your team's hours go, the 3–7 off-the-shelf tools that take them over, and a four-day plan someone starts on Monday.
€999, fixed. If we can't find 8 hours a week, or you're unhappy for any reason, you get a full refund, no questions asked. You keep the report either way.

You are not behind on AI. You are behind on knowing where to point it.
Every week you read that a business like yours is saving a fortune with AI. So someone opens ChatGPT, writes a few emails faster, and nothing structural changes. Then the vendors arrive, each with a demo and a subscription, and none of them has spent an hour inside your business.
So you do the sensible thing and postpone it. Meanwhile the leak is quiet and constant: four minutes to move a booking, eleven to retype an order into the accounting system, twenty to rebuild the same report, half an hour to write a quote you have written ninety times before. Nobody logs it. It never appears in the accounts. It shows up instead as a team that cannot take on more work without hiring.
The software that removes most of it already exists, costs €20–€150 a month and needs no developer. What's missing is someone who measures your leak and names the few tools that apply to you. That is this audit: not a strategy, but a shopping list with hours attached.
The leak looks different in every business. The fix is usually a €20–€50 tool.
Four patterns that come up again and again in teams under 50 people. Your report is built from your own week, not from these.
- Trades & installers
Quotes written from scratch
Six quotes a week, each rebuilt by hand from old emails and price lists. Replaced by quoting software that drafts from past jobs and a fixed price book, so the owner only checks and sends.
~4 h/week back · from ~€30/month - Accounting & bookkeeping
Chasing clients for documents
Every month, the same emails asking for the same receipts and statements. Replaced by a client portal that requests, reminds and files the documents on its own.
~5 h/week back · from ~€40/month - Clinics, studios & salons
Bookings and no-shows by phone
Front desk time spent booking, moving and confirming appointments, and empty slots when people forget. Replaced by online booking with automatic SMS reminders and a waitlist.
~6 h/week back · from ~€35/month - Agencies & consultancies
Weekly client status reports
Someone copies progress out of the project tool into a document every Friday. Replaced by an automated report built straight from the tool the team already updates.
~3 h/week back · from ~€20/month
Four steps. Five working days. Under two hours of your time.

Senior people who understand the business, not just the software.
The audit is led by Ivan Radunović, Codingo's founder, with the same senior team that has delivered 250+ projects for clients since 2015, not by a sales team. Here is how a few of those clients describe working with us.
“We've been very happy and impressed with the quality of Codingo's output. They're fast and accurate, with minimal bugs or warranty work required.”

- 7+years working together
- 20+projects delivered
“I've worked with Ivan and his team for over four years — the best developers I've worked with in 15 years online. If they say they can do it, they will: on time and within budget.”

- 4+years working together
- 35+projects delivered
“One thing that separates Ivan from the rest of the developers I've worked with is that he deeply understands the business part of the product. He's not a dev who just gets instructions and implements them, but a proactive partner who…”

Everything you get, for one fixed price.
Twelve deliverables, grouped by what they do for you.
Find the hours. Name the tools. Hand it to your team.
For owner-run businesses of 5–50 people, in any industry, with no technical staff.
The Operations Interview
60 structured minutes with you and the person who runs the day, using a question set we have run before — not an open-ended discovery chat that goes nowhere.
Your Workflow Time Map
Every recurring task in the business, with frequency, duration and hours per week attached. This is the document the 8-hour guarantee is measured against, and the first thing most owners have ever seen that puts a number on their admin.
Financial Impact Model
Hours converted to euros at your own payroll cost, net of every subscription fee, monthly and annual — so the decision is arithmetic instead of enthusiasm.
The Prescription: 3–7 named tools
Vendor, actual monthly cost, setup time in hours, hours returned per week, and what it replaces — plotted by effort against impact, with the week-one quick wins marked. Off-the-shelf only, nothing that needs a developer, nothing on a twelve-month contract.
Data & Access Check
For each recommended tool: what data it touches, whether it leaves your jurisdiction, whether it trains on your inputs, what you need to sign, and which settings to switch off on day one.
The Do-Not-Automate List
The parts of your business we will tell you to keep human, and why. Written down, so nobody talks you into it later.
Stack Cancellation Review
What you are already paying for that the new tools replace. For most businesses this covers a meaningful slice of the audit fee before a single hour is saved.
The Twelve That Pay Back Fastest
Our library of the twelve automations that return the most hours in a business under 50 people, written out end to end. Yours whether or not any of them land in your report.
The Four-Day Quick Start
Four days, ten minutes each, in order, with the name of the person doing it. Written so someone on your team follows it without you in the room.
Team Rollout Pack
A one-page SOP per recommended tool, plus the message and phone scripts that go with it — the difference between a tool bought and a tool used.
The 30-Minute Review Call
The report walked through line by line, with your three week-one decisions made live and noted.
30 Days of Email Support
Something in the plan doesn't behave the way it's written — you write, we answer. No hourly clock running.
- 8h/wk
Eight hours a week, or it's free
If the time map doesn't identify at least 8 hours a week of recoverable time, we refund 100% of the fee without you asking. You don't have to implement anything first, and there's nothing to argue about — the number is on page one of your own time map.
- 100%
Refund, no questions asked
Not happy for any reason? Tell us within 30 days of your review call and we refund the full €999. One email is enough — no form, no justification, no exit call to talk you out of it.
- 0%
Nobody pays us to be on your list
No commission, referral fee or reseller margin from any tool we name, and none of Codingo's own products in the recommendations. If the best answer is a €29-a-month product we will never earn a cent from, that is what the report says.
The audit runs entirely by interview.
We don't ask for logins, we don't connect to your tools, we install nothing and we see no customer data. There is no security review to schedule and nothing to undo afterwards.
One payment, 100% refundable for 30 days. No retainer attached, no subscription starts, nothing auto-renews.
Commission any implementation within 30 days of your review call and the audit fee is deducted in full. Build the €1,500 workflow and you pay €501 for it. Entirely optional — the report is written for you to run yourselves.
Invoiced once you've booked your call, payable in EUR, GBP or USD. We take four audits a month; €999 is the founding price for the first twelve, then €1,500.

Apply if you are
- An owner-run business of 5–50 people, in any industry, anywhere in the EU, UK, US or Canada
- Without a technical person on staff — when something breaks, you phone someone
- Running on a handful of everyday tools plus a lot of email, spreadsheets and phone calls
- At the point where more work means hiring, and you'd rather it didn't

- You need custom software built — that's a different engagement, and a much bigger one
- Nobody can spare two hours across the next three weeks
- You want AI making decisions unsupervised — read the Do-Not-Automate List; we'll decline

Every reason to say no, answered.
What exactly is the refund policy?
Two parts. If the time map shows less than 8 hours a week of recoverable time, we refund the full €999 automatically — you don't have to ask. And for any other reason at all, email us within 30 days of your review call and we refund the full €999, no questions asked. In both cases you keep the report, the tool list and the plan.
Why do I pay before the call?
Because we only run four audits a month, and a paid booking is how we keep those slots for owners who intend to act. It doesn't move the risk onto you: the fee is fully refundable until 30 days after your review call, for any reason or none.
We already use ChatGPT for some things.
So does almost everyone, and almost nobody gets hours back from it, because prompting is a person doing work faster — not work that happens without a person. The prescription is about systems that run on their own: the reminder that sends itself, the form that lands already in your accounting system, the quote that drafts itself from the last ninety. Your ChatGPT habit stays. It just stops being the whole strategy.
We're too small for something like this.
Five to twenty people is where it pays back fastest, because there is no IT budget absorbing the problem and nobody whose job is to find the answer. A five-person firm has the same six categories of recurring admin as a fifty-person one — with fewer hands to absorb them.
Our team will never adopt new software.
Which is why the person who runs the day sits in the interview rather than hearing about it afterwards, why the plan is ten minutes a day for four days instead of a migration, and why the rollout pack is one page per tool. We also cap the prescription at seven tools and mark the two to start with. Businesses fail at this by adopting six things in a month, not by adopting one.
How is the eight-hour figure measured?
From the time map, which is built out of your own answers in the interview and confirmed with you before the report is written. Each task carries a frequency and a duration. If the recoverable total — time a named, available tool could remove — comes to under 8 hours a week, the audit is refunded. You don't have to implement anything for the guarantee to apply.
Do you need access to our systems or our data?
No. The audit is conducted entirely by interview. No logins, no integrations, no software installed, no customer data seen. If you later ask us to build something, that's a separate agreement with its own data terms.
Is the interview recorded, and where does the recording go?
Recorded and transcribed with your consent, so the analysis runs against what was actually said rather than our notes. Both are deleted once the report is delivered, or immediately on request. If you'd rather we didn't record, we take notes instead — it costs about fifteen minutes more of your time.
What if the honest answer is that AI can't help us much?
Then the time map shows under 8 hours a week, you get your money back, and you have a written, vendor-neutral document saying so — which is worth having the next time a sales rep tells you otherwise. We would rather write that report than sell you an implementation you don't need.
What if we want you to build what you recommend?
We scope it on the review call and quote it at a fixed price: a single workflow starts from €1,500, and an ongoing AI concierge runs €1,200–2,000 a month. Commission any of it within 30 days of the review call and your €999 comes off the first invoice in full. You're equally free to take the report to any other implementer, or to your own team; it's written to be handed over, not to make you depend on us.
Does a deducted fee make the report less honest? Two things stop that: we take no commission from any tool we name, so we have no reason to prescribe one over another — and the Do-Not-Automate List exists specifically to write down the work we'd be paid to build and are telling you not to.
We're not ready to spend €999. Is there a smaller first step?
There is: a free fifteen-minute call where we take the single worst task in your week and show you one specific way to remove it. No report, no follow-up sequence. Choose "Not yet" in the last question of the application and we'll book that instead.
A day a week is forty-eight working days a year.
Roughly 380 hours, a fifth of a full-time role, handed back to a business that was about to hire for it. The audit is €999 once, and it's guaranteed against that number.
Not ready? Ask for the free 15-minute call instead- €999 founding price, fixed
